1.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on baji bip, the user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and meet the minimum age requirement set by the platform. A person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. baji bip reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or incorrect information is found to have been provided.

1.2 Updating Account Information

If any personal details change after registration, the user must notify the baji bip support team immediately. Changing a mobile number or email address may require additional identity verification steps.

Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

1.3 Account Transfer

A baji bip account is entirely personal and may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person under any circumstances. The account is for the exclusive use of the registered individual only.

2.1 Identity Verification Process

Before processing any withdrawal, or before placing large bets, baji bip may verify the user's identity. This process may involve requesting a photo of a national ID card or passport and, if necessary, documents to verify the user's address.

Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to cooperate with the verification process.

2.2 Accounts of Underage Persons

If there is any suspicion that an account is being operated by an underage person, baji bip will immediately suspend that account and review all transactions. Funds deposited in such an account may not be returned.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount on baji bip across all methods is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Make sure you enter the correct account number and details when depositing — baji bip will not be responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though this may take longer if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Transaction History and Disputes

Records of all deposits and withdrawals are stored in the account history section. If you notice any discrepancy in a transaction, notify the support team as soon as possible. Claims made more than 30 days after a transaction has been processed may not be considered.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, making the balance ৳2,000; to make this bonus withdrawable, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed.

This bonus is not cash — an amount equal to 100% of the deposit is added as a bonus, and winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn after the specified 20x wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Ongoing Promotions

• Birthday baji bip Gift: Reward up to ৳1,500; 15x wagering. Once during the verified birthday month.
• Refer a Friend baji bip Bonus: Reward up to ৳2,000 per successful referral; 10x wagering.
• Weekend baji bip Cricket Offer: 60% bonus on a minimum deposit of ৳200, up to ৳6,000; 18x wagering. Once per weekend in the cricket section.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

If bonuses are claimed fraudulently, taken from multiple accounts, or misused in any way, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended. baji bip reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed on baji bip it is considered final, unless a technical error or incorrect odds have been offered. The platform reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds.

Bets placed before a match starts are generally valid. However, additional rules may apply for bets placed after a match has started or for in-play betting.

5.2 Result Settlement

In sports betting, results depend on the official outcome of the relevant match. If a match or event is incomplete or postponed, baji bip will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

Each casino game and slot has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available in the respective game's description. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the platform will investigate and make a decision.

6.1 Data Protection

For any of the above violations, the account will be permanently closed and all funds obtained through improper means will be forfeited.

8.1 Suspension by the Platform

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Use of the platform for illegal activities
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid funds before the account is closed, however bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9.1 Service Availability

baji bip aims to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. baji bip is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by such interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Services

baji bip uses content from third-party game studios. baji bip is not directly liable for faults or issues with these games, but will assist in resolving user complaints.

9.3 Gaming Losses

Financial losses from gaming or betting are entirely the user's own responsibility. baji bip will not compensate for financial losses arising from betting or gaming under any circumstances.
